Goal-oriented training

We provide goal-oriented training in which employees can freely complete training and seminars on various topics according to their goals. Some training is for a specific target audience.

Self-development

We support the efforts of our employees to voluntarily learn English and other foreign languages as well as to acquire various official and certified qualifications and to pursue e-learning in order to improve their expertise and education.

Global human resources training

In addition to providing insight on Japanese corporate culture to overseas subsidiary employees, we also provide onboard training of these employees to provide them with sales experience in Japan so that they may become executives at an overseas subsidiary in the future, and in this way, we develop human resources throughout the Group.
